Many thanks to Sywell FTC for letting the MFTA hold a winter league round there on the 12th December 2010.

So don't miss this chance to shoot at one of the premier FT grounds.

    Shaun :)

will be there subject to the "end of the world" weather predictions currently running on the BBC. I hope we aren't going to use the "bank of doom" though, the sight of so many grown men crying will be difficult to bear for those few able to register a decent score.

Snow on the Banks of Doom.

You could have a special target to fnish the course. A Target gets pulled up to the top of the banks and then is released, sking down the slope. :D

Not for me it wasn't mate! Lets hope Sywell don't convert to white targets as a snowman skiing down the bank of doom will be tricky :)

    Lads,

The bank is always interesting fair play, last year it hit me hard, this year I dropped 1 on it. You never know what it is going to do to you when you turn up there fair play.

    Simon,

Good idea the ski slope target, just have to devise a way for it to work haahaa. We need to have a chat about a few things for the up and coming season now and start to sort out what we want to do regarding teams etc fella. If you want to sort a place halfway such as in your choice Mcdonalds or KFC then we can sort out a fair bit for what we want....

    Hi Simon,

If you want to get on the course first then you will need to be there for 8:00am at the latest, our lads seem to get on sooooo early!

I doubt if the bank in the far field will be used as this is an extra used for the GPs and major opens, think it will be contained in the garden and possibly the first bit. Will still make for a cracking shoot though and very different to most of our midland grounds.

Hope to se you Welsh chaps there.

Dont forget our shoot at Millride this Sunday though.

    Cheers

    Chris
