I will have a chat with John Sears about it. We will have to see how many MFTA clubs are willing to put on a shoot first of all. Then determine how many rounds it will be and what day it will be shot on. Think most people prefer a Sunday, but Saturday is not out of the question. If we could get 6 clubs interested it would make an interesting series with 1 or 2 rounds a each club.

    Probably something like.

    Milride
    Far coley
    Greyhound
    Harriers
    Castle
    Dowry hill
    Purely if its back open.

Sorry if I've missed any clubs out.

We would have to hold a Meeting to sort out a calendar for the events.

    Neil.

    Hi Neil,
Any chance of organising the summer league for Sundays that don't clash with GPs.
I, like many other shooters I've spoken to went down the FT route rather than the HFT route because we can't shoot Saturdays.
I know its a long shot but if you don't ask you don't get.
    All the best
    JJ

get down to Millride tomorrow mate and find out first hand. Molly and me can't make it tomorrow as it's her ladyships birthday and she wants a day at the seaside, but we will try to get to the last couple.

My preference will be Sunday shoots. But I'm not sure if Milride can get the ground on Sundays. I will speak to John tomorrow about it and hopefully get something sorted.

It's early days yet, but I'm sure it's been averaging around 40. Dave Pitt will have the figures. If it takes off, and hopefully it will with Gilly on board, I'm sure it will be as popular as the WL.
