    After a damp start, turned out ok for us weather wise.
    Fantastic scoring by Harry and Darren in the conditions.

    Well done to the top shots! thanks to poor old vanty who let me share his gun with him today!! The poor sod had to A) listen to me have to talk myself through cocking/loading shutting the flap thing and opening the scope flap thing etc etc on EVERY peg!:D B) listen to me trying to convert where i would aim on a twenty yard zero into where i might need to aim on a thirtyfive yard zero (mostly lucky guess!) C) Have to put up with me steaming up his scope then shutting the flap so he could see bugger all when it was his go !!!:eek:o And he still managed to get in the medals!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am still wet though and cold . Did it ever rain today ?? Great fun , great people ( other than the bloke at the pub ) and a spot on course . Thanks MAD for today , a proper good fun day .

    Good course, couldn't get anything pulled today;) need to get back in the .22 zone but really enjoyed the day thanks to Jill n Finn putting up with my whining :D

    Thanks to darren for letting me use his gun in the shoot off, Well done to everyone for attending as that was difficult enough and thanks to dop for the course, really enjoyed it ! :)

    Just starting to dry out and warm up:D:D:D Great day despite the sodding wet stuff not to mention the slight breeze:rolleyes::rolleyes:.... Thanks to Neil for shooting round and the use of the mat:) Great course Dop lots of fun.

    so I popped my cherry ,Ist time @ mad and what miserable conditions. I missed quite a few I shouldn't have and hit a couple I thought were tough.
    had a great day though , Bill my shooting partner who I'd never met before was very encouraging.I will lick my wounds and come back next month for sure.
