    Got here ok, just. Was still trying to get through customs 20 mins before wheels up at Heathrow but we managed it ok. Transfer went ok. Only casualty is Mr Penman who has a cannon but no other luggage. As you can imagine he's pressing the airline for a solution.

    Organisation seems really good. Goody bag on arrival and room all sorted. Short walk to the plinking range which we'll investigate later after a meal.

    6.25 pm Just heard from Mr murphey & Thornycroft , all settled as in post above but Mr Penman still no shooting boots, shooting coat etc, but all guns are there
