Been using ye olde Gamo alot lately, just at targets. Its a .25 Hunter Realtree at about 6 to 6.5lbs in weight. Its surprising but i really like the weight, its a change from my TX or Prosport. I find it really comfortable to hold ,even on standers. Im beginning to question the need for weight using springers. Think i will try to find a lightweight .177 ,maybe another Gamo to check this out further. I know the quality may be different but i think i have tended to ignore the cheaper lighter rifles but they are certainly worth investigation . Again i know the triggers etc are inferior but it all depends what you get used to. Question..... Is there a quality lightweight springer out there ,maybe one i have overlooked ?

Fwb sport:) Most shootable lightweight I have shot. Would still be more forgiving with a couple of pounds of lead in the stock though:D
