LG300 Serial 50449 - Who was original owner ?

    just acquired another LG300 Dommie ...

    ... if they recognise this number 50449, any chance you might still have the Walther factory 50m pellet grouping test card ?

    Alutec stripped down...

    1. Block off to Germany for stripping & servicing

    2. Alutec going back for an OEM black respray

    3. Spare carbon barrel I have will be re-mounted once all done

    4. Bolts soaking in '3 in 1' oil, to remove traces of corrosion & rust....and where necessary , totally replaced by new spare bolts by Walther.

    Question...
    is the black alu-body from factory or is it painted? in the case of factory... how many black alutec were produced?

    Alutec frame was black sprayed on an original silver stock...

    The black spray job is decent, but easily chips or flakes off with an accidental dent.

    The Walther black original looks like it's some special type of paint that is thick and bonds well with the aluminium- which is scratch proof, anti flake or chip proof.

    No idea how many original Walther black alutecs were made number wise. Anyone know ???
