Hi can someone please clarify the correct stance on kneelers for me please, I always thought that the leg that was bent (the one that is on your bag , that the toes have to be bent) and the foot cannot be lying flat on the seat bag ? is this correct please? Also when I first did the sport 15 years ago we did not have disabled kneelers, can someone explaine the correct postion for this please? can the arm supporting the guns wrist be on the knee? Not that I do disabled kneelers would just like to know for reference , I do have a chronic back problem so you may see me rolling around like a seal trying to get up hee hee. Thanks for all your help as normal swiftysue x:D

if your at far coley sunday, ask Shaun! Thats presuming we have uped his wages enough on saturday.
    i hope so!

Toes dont have to be bent, no.

Mmmm, in theory no the trailing foot should not be on the bag as its then not in contact with the ground, will need to check and look at that again.

As for disabled kneelers, you will have to wait until after saturdays Bfta comm meeting. i think the general feeling is if not kneeling then take standing, but thats tbc!

Think that's the only pic I've seen with crosses and ticks.
