Another cracking shoot at Kingsley yesterday.

It was a bit chilly but not the freeze that it could have been & after a couple of hours warming up it was almost t-shirt weather.

Lots of hot coffee & tea, soaked up with some of Karen’s baking, ensured all those in attendance started off with a healthy glow.

The fiendish course setters had put a great course out with plenty of targets to make you scratch your head.

    Bragging rights highlights:

    · Mariusz gave another great display to back up his nick name of The Polish Punisher

    · Joff Heyyy was reduced to tears of disappointment when informed that the man with the 7ft milkman had beat him on countback.

    · Kathy has once more avoided pot washing duties after again beating her worse half on countback.

    · Dan Gordon again takes first place in recoiling – and last as well!

    · Laura puts in a 44 taking all shots standing. She likes to make things difficult for herself. For the next shoot she will be standing again but will be tasered by Dan before taking each shot.

On a serious note, it seems last months public outing of a certain shooters inability to sign scorecards correctly has been ignored and “lololol” has re-appeared. I’ll not name the shooter but any more of this behaviour & I will smack his leg.

Thanks to all who came & made it a great day and don’t forget Kingsley’s Christmas Cracker on Sunday 22nd December.

Here are the scores – adjusted as 29 was pulled due to becoming faulty.

    Hi Steve,

Just a couple of things, Lisa is still Lisa Sambrook, and if she ever beats my score will remain that way.......

Also I told you 29 was faulty, glad you and Ken followed up on that one.

Fraser's surname is Whytock, my error there mate.

Good weather, good company, good banter and great cakes, what more could anyone want?

Thank you all involved in making it possible.

Hi Ken, yes it was great fun, if I can make the 22nd I will, maybe not if it's pishing down, paddling and shooting don't go well together ;)

Ha-ha I hear that! As all that mud is getting on my wick :( Just wish the weather could heat up for a week or 3 & dry the grounds out a fair bit.
