In setting out an ft course can I use any diameter kills or do they have to be 40, 25 and 15mm or can I use some inbetween ones :)

Depends on whether it's being set out to BFTA rules or not I guess. If it's a local event for a bit of fun do whatever you like :)

Have a read of section 6 in the BFTA rules :-

    Main shoot rules BFTA

45, 40, 25 and 15 mm are all BFTA sizes. Just add 10yrds to the size of the kill for max distance.

If its only your club shoot then use whatever you want.
Kill zones need to be circular also.

At the minute due to my poor form I tend use 45 gallon drums

    Just to clarify -

All killzone sizes listed by Conor gave their prior approval for their inclusion in the list

Thanks Brian, also no animals or fish and/or their feelings were hurt in the construction of the list

40, 25 and 15. If your buying targets just get 40mm kills then. Only need a couple if the reduced kills though.

Will any kill zone sizes that are not used be named (or should that be sized??) on here in the interests of public safety :D:D
