...even if the gun is restricted for UK purpose to 12 ft/lb, do you think a .357 slug would obliterate the metal silhouette ?? and would you earn / get DOUBLE points for that ? :D:D

At 12ftlb with that weight it may have a bit too much drop at 55yards:rolleyes:at 11,5 ftlb=170fps with the 168grain pellet has a drop of 225 inchs at 55yards.

Useful info to know the drop info at that distance ...

Now a 18.7 Feet drop (5.7 meters), is about right for the airgun to now be classed as a mortar ! :D It takes the competitive element to another level !

BUT, if it were at FAC level per the article @ 100 to 250 Fp , what kind of damage to a metal silhouette target can you extrapolate from the math ?, with either 125 to 154 grain pellets ? (well technically, they still are pellets) :D

Playing with chairgun it drops 20inchs in the last yard 54 to 55 so it may jam in the kill end on on a mini kill.:DDam another split.

seeing the marshalls prizing the slug out of a mini kill hole would be quite amusing though!
