Hi all folks,I've a little dilemma about intershoot.co.uk.

Gonna explain the situation: last february 24th I bought from them a Left Handed ahg 116 Anschutz shooting glove, paid immediately via Mastercard, but since then I've never received any notification of my order or a tracking number yesterday I sent'em an E-mail,asking about my order, but still nobody replied. On the card chronology the payment results done, did I waste my money or this is their normal behaviour with customers?

    Thanks.

Intershoot are normally good. perhaps they have been very busy or did not recieve your e-mail. I would start by re-sending your e-mail.

However, i once posted a Dslr camera to Italy. The uk post office got the camera to italy in 2 days. the italian post office took another 16 days to deliver it!

So i would also question if it is on the way and stuck with the italian piost office / courier firms?

Well,I'll send another e-mail for sure but usually every time I ordered something from the UK (air strippers, hamsters, sunshades, etc) in a week the item was delivered at home...

    Mysteries...!

Intershoot are genuine, lots of shooters on here use them :) Send them an email. They do pop in here a lot so may see this.

Never had any problem with orders or delivery.

I guess problems can arise but I'm sure Ryan will sort it out.

I've used then a few times without any problems.

It may be Ryan isn't in the office at the moment due to attending Competitions or something

depends if theve gone to any shooting shows or whatever, thats why they said my order had taken so long, i once ordered a hook from them and it took about 4 weeks to deliver.

I would highly recommend Intershoot, the postal system/couriers "lost" a sleeve of pellets from Intershoot last year and Ryan was very helpful and quick to sort it all out.

I would contact again also Italy is notorious for how poor timescale on post. Company I work for we won't send to Italy as everytime it doesn't get there!!

I only made an order and I was disappointed it took 14 days to be shipped and only after a couple of emails.

I suppose that it s a small dealer, who doesn t have all the items in stock and has to wait for them to arrive, but I receive the order.

A better communication from the seller could avoid many problems.

    .

I have ordered quite a bit from Intershoot and so far have had no issues at all.
Latley there have been a few shows on Shot Show in LA, Shooting show at Newark.
Give them a call, I would recommend them and I do, especially for the pellets.
