My son Jacob (FFTA) keen on going so please keep us updated
Just an update.
We've had an email to say that booking in will open next week.
We'll make a list of the order people will be contacted in to accept their place. The system will be as per WFTC 2019 in that payment will be in advance and there will be no refunds. We'll be given an allocation which we'll then offer to those as per the qualification list. You will be given a short time to make a decision and then we'll move onto the next person. The exact timescales we are not sure of as we have not had details of those yet, nor the costs.
Where can we see the qualification list please Rob

Some of the perils we could face?
Email gone out to those expressing an interest regarding places.
If you've got it please reply to that, not here. If you haven't then please reply here.
Any more news on this?
Yes and no.
The deadline for countries to register has been extended to the 11th. But the deadline for payment hasn't. (It's still the 24th)
So we don't know how many places we'll have until then 12th Nov.
Hopefully we'll know then.
Not ideal shortening the booking/payment window.
There's a chance that the EFTA might be able to buffer that time depending on the amount of places we're offered. If it's a low amount then we'll be fairly certain of filling them so we could pay in advance to give people more time. But if it's a lot then we'll need to ask for it to ensure a place otherwise we could be left with the bill. My hope is that it's the former and we can then get onto round 2 quickly so that the next tranche of shooters get an idea if they can go or not.
Hoping for confirmation tomorrow.
