do i need to buy a gun specific female adaptor?
Any advice appreciated
Hi you need to have a look here they can sort most problems http://www.bestfittings.co.uk/
What gun did you get?
Check out Barry's Reference pages
From a man with a few precharged Air Guns
Most makes have their own fittings
And as posted - Best fittings are the current best alround Stockist
Picked up my gun today and as you said it came with one You can tell i'm new to this
Serious point: if you are new to this, have you had any training in how to handle compressed air? If you have any doubts please ask someone to show you.
yep, always worth a trip down the local club to find your feet with gear. 200-300 bar is a hell of a lot of pressure, about 50-100x what you have in a car tyre.
Hi Thanks for the advice, point well made. I'll do that
Ask someone sensible, don't talk to Paul Yates, Trev ...hell just thinking about it don't ask anyone down at Emely!!!
well.. i bought my gun from Paul
Am not that bad honest guv
Got a tank and had full training
Best one was a New precharged shooter
Hearing a Hiss - wet his Finger to find leak
Until others Shouted out it might blow a hole in his finger -
Biggest issue I have @ club is - Bottles on Range - not being Secured
Had one knocked over - Hit side of table Head come off and bottle went down Range
Lucky it was only a 3 litre one -
Same is where Stored in Vehicle - Reason make wooden Boxes to Stop the rolling around in vehicle
Tip is to store them sideway's - if vale end pointing back of vehicle and hit in back
It might on impact fly through back seat and hit driver or passenger
