Just wondering what sorts of distances general club members, Hft or ft shooters travell to shot at a club.
That is normal club days not comps.

I tavel about 15 miles (each way)

Also, how far is the furthest you would travel? Trying to assess where our catchment area should be?

    Quite close

For me its 5 miles each way.

Might move this year to get a bit closer within 2 miles maybe???

Regarding travelling to shoots there is no distance I wont go to make a shoot. I do enough miles to get to MFTA Winter League shoots just for the love of the sport...

    Club Distance.

I think 60mile would be tops.
Im in Newcastle Upon Tyne and 29mile is the nearest FT/HFT club. After that its 70mile before anything decent.

Its about 6 miles from door to shoot. However if I travel in a straight line for any more than that in any direction I am in the sea.

We have a bit of a restricted catchment area :D . However we do 5 Winter league Shoots and the Showdown in our region every year. Works out around £20 each to shoot them with 3-4 in a car. Just wish we would get a few more attending our round of the Winter League as I think we put out interesting courses.

In the 3 years of holding a round we have never had the same target positions and the 2 Showdown courses have been changed slightly between the quarters, semi's and the finals. We are currently coming up with a few 'interesting' targets for this years round at the moment :D .
