How are you preparing for the new season?

    I am currently writing a piece on how I prepare for the upcoming UKAHFT season.

    I was wondering what you guys do?

    Warning any funny anecdotes may get used:D:D:D

    I've upped my cider intake to 6 bottles a night and am locating strip clubs nearby to travel lodges Laity and I don't have to call welsh taxi firms again!

    Plenty of protein and carbohydrate, 5litres of water, currently working on a 6 week muscular strength programme at the gym at the moment. i also do 20 press ups before a stander. 5km run each morning at 6am.
    I won't go into the psychological mind managment element!:D:p:)

    Three strong coffees.
    Two cans Red Bull.
    A few beta blockers, just to settle the shakes.

    Believe me they are all woman;) However if your after a nice man to share a bed with Kenny is usually more than happy to snuggle in return for free board:D:D

    Just changed scopes and zero, off to Quarry Sunday and will then spend the next two weeks up the farm shooting 15mm out to 45yds prone plus normal standers/kneelers :shot: Perfecting one liners to shoot Chilli down in flames:D:D

    75 lengths of the pool 3 times a week and 80 miles on the bike since Christmas now 2 stone down and finding the prone shoots a bit easier as I am not rolling about as much:D .

    I too have changed scopes, But I will not be thinking up one liners to throw at Chris, I will just ask him his score and mutter the immortal line.
