Been chatting to Darren Godfrey from Theoben and he's put together a prototype HFT Rapid for me to try, i should be getting it this week for testing, thumbhole ambi stock, single shot tray, choice of 16" or 14" 177 barrel, changeable silencer/mfc and a few other bits.

There will be a full exclusive review on here in the next week or so.

    Sneak pic below

Not had a chance to fully shoot it yet as wet and windy here:( but not to bad and there's plenty more adjustment there to.

I will have the gun at the M.A.D round for nayone who wants a go.

Took the reach forward mount off now and also fitted the EB, hope to give it a go this weekend.

Looks nice...I do like the buddy bottle style of tHe Airwolf/Ranger, Rapid and the new BSA.
I've shot the Wolf and found it really well balanced for me....wouldn't mind giving this a go and see how it compares.

The gun weighs approx 6lb un-scoped, but weight can be added, like i said the options they are offering can be made to fir most.

i know wheres theres one for sale that hasn't had a tin of pellets through it yet and was bought new about 3 months ago. Shame I'm not in the market for a Walther :)

I used a rapid for the Shires 100 last week and found it quite acceptable except for single shot loading which i think damaged a few pellets.

Finally got to have a shoot with it on the range and so far not bad, needs a few small teaks here and there, but think they are onto something.

After i shot session 1 at M.A.D, the gun will be on the range with me for a couple of hours for anyone wants a go.

Well had first chance to have a play today, fitted the EB and although only have 20 yards in the garden its better than nothing, the 20 shot group is actualy tighter than it looks in the pic.

Although the trigger is not to bad, Mr Dutton is going to have a play with it for me:cool:
