Tonight was a trial-run for nightshooting at the club, and a complete success.
The unnamed few turned up looking like extras from a Tom Clancy console game, with lights and beams shining from everywhere, but apart from Roger most people took it not so seriously, until we heard a rumour that it will become a regular event. Only 20 targets in the course, but feedback was that this was the right amount.

    Tim Bohr-----------39--Winner after Shoot-off
    Darren Lindsey-----39--Looooser after Shoot-off
    Barry Smith--------39--Unlucky after Shoot-off
    Wayne Marriott----36
    Simon Vant--------36
    Lloyd Davies-------36
    Darren Quincey----35
    Gary Chillingworth--34
    Kyle Hampton------34
    Roger Clancy------32
    Ray Hampton------31
    Patrick Harrod-----25

Kneeler actually  i will win a shoot off one day ..........maybe
Excellent evening though and the weather was spot on, and with everyone showing off their tools as all i could hear was mine is bigger than yours, but then it was dark and i do hope they were talking about their torches :p
Well done Tim and Barry for top scoring on the first of many of these comps.

So it wasn't like the opening scene of ET then like our's was... looking for the umptenth bit of kit that had fallen off someone's gun, no doubt hastily gaffer taped on 10 mins before leaving for the range.

Halfords were doing 2 million candle power torches when we ran ours for £20... they seared the paint of an 8yd target, but 2 mins later everyone it was about 2 millionth of a candle illumination as the batteries dieded.
