    Hi
I am looking for help in choosing a scope for a HW98 I have just bought.
I am intending to shoot it in the FT springer class, but with it being a break barrel it eliminates a lot of the most popular mid-range FT scopes as they are too long.
    I am looking for a weaver t36 or maybe a falcon t35
I think the maximum length depending on eye relief would be about 15.5"
Would appreciate any more recommendations in the £200- £300 used price range
    Cheers

I have squeezed a Falcon T50, an MTC Viper 8-32x60 and a Nikko Diamond on a HW98, whilst as you say the breech is a concern, the length of the cylinderallows most scopes short of a Bushnell 8-32 elite to be used!
sunshades are a no no mind you!

    Thanks for the reply,
After what you have said I will wait till the gun arrives and try a BSA big 60 that I have spare
It will be a bonus if that fits.:D
