    Hi all,

Is it possible to make the hamster abit deeper on my LG110 HFT?

It seems held in by a long bolt which secures it against stacked blocks? Can I get more blocks and a longer bolt? Or is it more complicated than that?

    Cheers, Matt

    Hi Matt

You're right it is only held in by one bolt, if you've got more of the stacking blocks and a longer bolt that would work. I made my own longer walnut one, as I have the walnut stock version and used longer bolt and carbon fibre tube, as I couldn't find any of the stacking blocks anywhere. Hope this helps.

Only a bit of a prototype I was playing around with but seems to do the job.

Hi, I 3D printed more spacers as they are very expensive to buy for what they are. Having said that I ended up replacing by blocks with pieces of wood to correct depth with a spacer stuck on top to lock into the rail and the bottom of the wood shaped to profile of hamster. I then sprayed the wood matt black. Ordered longer hex bolts (M5) in stainless and sleeved bolt with black heat shrink. Now have a hamster at 130mm deep from centre barrel to bottom, which is just right for me.
