Hi Guys ,I have been shooting a hammerli last year and i stopped using this gun becouse I bought a dominator for hft .The hammerli shot around 1 tin of pellets from new. When I tried it yestertday it started to give me a regulator problem becouse when I leave it to rest for 15 minutes the first shot is very low.Im thinking it`s a regulator creep and may be the couse that I stoped the gun for a year .maybe the internal seals are not good anymore.

Can somebody suggest from where I can buy a seal kit pls for my regulator pls.?

    Hi Wayne

I believe that if you have reg creep the first shot is usually "hot" not low. But stand to be corrected.

I would put a tin through it and see if it settles down a bit, before major surgery etc.

Hi John ,this morning I shot again to try ,Me too stands to be corrected but as I learned from previose experience in another different gun is that when the seals n the reg do not seal the 200bar side properly it will fill mre than the 85 bar required thus resulting in the hammer dont push the reg valve all the way and the shot becomes with less velocity.

    Hi Biggeorge,

Alll I can say is that I buy from somewhere a kit for mine I leave you a pm ,Otherwise when I dismantle I go to a
hydraulic specialist and if he have the seal sizes I buy in doubles and let you know.

Good point. Funny now you mention it I have a Walther Dominator 1250 with the same issue. Had the reg looked at and fills ok, but hammer doesn't release it properly so shoots in the low 500's
Will have a play with mine and see if beefing up the hammer spring will overcome the reg issue and fire - but assume it will be well over legal limit if it is as you say overfilling the reg.

Still learning in this game. Good luck with sorting yours

Try ringing Armex , the importers ,in Birmingham they should be able to help. I've always rung and spoken to their gunsmith and always got results.

I've emailed walther direct and they have forwarded my details to someone at bisley sports retail who may be able to help. I'll give him a bell when I get a chance.

Further to my earlier post. I recall that Armex were at one time doing an exchange on the regs.
The gunsmith there is Phil and works Mon to Thur and not past 4 pm.

    Cheers,

Just had a chat with Paul at Bisley Sports Wholesale.
    00 44 (0)1483 485590.

He can get spares but walther won't supply just the reg repair kit so I'm going to get a spare reg.
    Top bloke and very helpful.

How much is a new reg?
Ive stripped and cleaned mine twice as i found the Low pressure stack had what looked like a silicone oil build up.
Currently seems very consistent from a 180bar fill.

He's going to check for me. Thinks it's going to be around £110.
