Have a look at the BSA rifle Backpack !
Been using mine for the last 3 years, no problem in the wet ( inside always remanded dry ) just allow the outside to dry then brush of the dirt.
Has 4 pockets and with the backpack straps comfortable to walk the miles and miles on a typical HFT Course ?
    Also cheap.

I would second the bsa slip, plenty of pockets and it keeps my rifle dry.
