James Huckle has struck gold at the Sydney 2009 Youth Olympics in the 10m Air Rifle.

James has put in a strong start at the Youth Olympics with 588 ex 600 to take the lead into the final, clear by 17 points from his nearest rival, and a lead which he further extended to seal gold.

He adds this to his 3 Junior Commonwealth Golds for 10m, 3 Position and Prone from this summer.

In October, James was promoted to the UK's World Class Performance Pathway Programme.

    Well done James !
