    Hi all

Have a choice of 2 GinB stocks for Jane for her MPR, both FT Stock model no.1

A Sono Kembang or one Finished in Teak Doreng (light wood black grain)

I don t know much about these stocks and wondering if there are much differences in the weight etc

The teak doreng one may be lacquered finished and trying to find out.

    Cheers
    Pete

    Hello mate
The teak stock will be lighter in weight than the sono kembang one,if i remember rightly the lacquer is a nightmare to get off.

I had the Sono on my S400 and it was bloody heavy. Also the varnished chipped and took ages to remove. I would go for the teak

    Pete,

If these are NEW, you might be better looking at Custon Stocks-Price wise.

If S-hand, has Olive tried them, i couldn't get on with mine, but Guy likes it.

Rik lovingly got me a number 3 FT style GINB stock (thats what he gets for beating me!) and I love it. It's well balanced my only gripe now that I have it, it gives me one less thing to blame my bad shots on.

I'd like one. But can't afford it.
Actually somebody else managed to allieviate me of the money for herself.

I seem to remember the phrase. " I knew you you'd get it for me. Because you love me....." :D

I'm sure that sounds familiar to most blokes.
