Long time reader, first time poster :)

Has anyone used some of this stuff for spring gun tuning? I remember using it on a spring a few years ago and it worked wonders on the old 'twang' but can't find the stuff I used - someone suggested PJ1 blue label? but I would like to hear other opinions ....

PJ1 was good for chains, it's really sticky stuff mind... as for a springer, erm, no clue.

I've probably got some under the sink somewhere. I'll have a dig around, if you can wait till Newbury.

BTW i used your action in anger yesterday, as i was having some fun and games... your right, no shift at all, exactly as I had left her in the winter league. Now it looks like i'll have to go an alutec for HFT...

Some chain & gear lube is just too thin, the best stuff used to be Rocol open gear spray, a lot of people used it back in the 80's, don't think the same stuff is made anymore though.
