Everyone that reads this and uses the forum will have signed the forum's privacy policy.

    Privacy Policy

That lists the data the forum collects on you, why, and how it is used. You would have signed this to visit the forum.

If you don't want that to happen there's a simple alternative, let us know and we will delete your account.

Where requests are sent anonymously (ie no name is used in the correspondence) no information will be divulged until a name and a verification of that name has been made.

To verify a name we will require a form of photographic ID, a bill from your ISP which we can then correlate against our records. This is so we can verify the person requesting the data is the same person we may have records from.

If we are unable to verify the email address with your identity (for instance if you use an online email address like Gmail or hotmail etc, or your ISP address is legacy) then we will send the data to the address outlined in the identity information.

Please note GDPR doesn't take effect until 25th May 2018. Until then we reserve the right to charge £10 per request.
