A great weekend shooting here at Furnace Mill. Thank to everyone that took part, quite a large number of people shooting here both days over the two different courses.
Yesterday on the Furnace Coppice Course and today on the Budgeons Wood and Breakneck Bank Course.

Thank you to all the people that helped to run these events.

The League scores will be calculated on percentage but the names on the list on here are in order of count back.

Jane will put the league table on our website as soon as possible. www.furnacemill.net

Through gritted teeth I'll have to say well done gra. It must of been your personalised top that spurred you on. Great weekend shooting over 2 days. Yesterday very windy , today a lot calmer. My score shows which I prefer. Great shooting with kenny swift. Hope you sorted the gun out mate. Looking forward to putting gra back to where he should be on the next round....we'll done mate.

Cheers Karl it was nice going around with you too as its been a while mate. You did good today after a slow start. However Gra beat you in this one but there will be many times to beat him :D

On a side note, the hw100 rifle is 50\50 at the mo as the zero range was ok at times but still not right. The rifle is ok over the skan running around 11.34 & 11fps spread now.
I think it needs to be run in a bit more & maybe the scope height is not right for me on that low cheek piece. I will try again & swap the pellets over next time as I am heading back to stoke on Mon night for a week or 2. I have someone lined up to mod the stock for me soon so that might help too.

Cracking day even if I did my lowest score ever on a HFT course ! Thanks to everyone involved, & Gra well done mate.

Two great days of shooting up at the mill. Really enjoyed both days shooting with Ken and Chris ! The wind on Saturday was wicked but still enjoyable and I learnt.quite a bit from the experience. Ken and I shared the frustration of many shots going way out of predicted aim points but had a few laughs along the way. Sunday's shoot with Chris and his new mat saw him reverse the recent result and kick my butt with a very good shoot ! Well done mate. Hope you get the mat clean for Kinver ! Thanks to everyone at the mill for a great weekend.
