Whats the difference in ski's and a gun case? They are stored in the same place i.e. the hold. Its 30euro for skis and other sporting equipment, but charge extra for firearms, they also have the cheek to limit it to 20kg. A peli case and rifle would be touching this, if not over!

Steve, been looking into flights also ,my nearest airport is Humberside only 3 miles away they fly to Budapest via Skipol & it is roughly £290 ish return + £50 each way for sporting goods to max 22kg ?

There are some cheaper flights out there but aren't they loaded with hidden extras i.e. limited baggage weight , tax , if you want a seat :D etc ????

I rarely fly so mine field for me

Have had a look on the small print and it says no firearms,The dommie is under 12 ftlbs so technically not a firearm;)Besides it would do more damage to them if it fell on them in the Peli case:DDon't really want to change flights Scott, but was wondering if anyone was going to fly from Manchester so we could share a hire car to get to the shoot.

    Just done some more digging...

Easyjet from Gatwick £52 return + £37 for the gun return.

Looks like that will be my prefered route.

They also fly from Luton for a similar amount.

Laszlo has said that their bank decided to charge 10 EUR for foreign bank transfers, so they are moving accounts to a bank that doesn't. Once that's complete, info on payment will be sent out.
