From Rob, in a short text message

James Woodhead in the lead with 46
Think there is a host S African on 44

    Rest of England team

    Costello 43

    Osborne 39
    Calpin 37
    Farnworth 33 ;-(

Course it tough physically as it is 2km long and climbes about 500ft, temp not bad with a few drops of rain and a mild breeze!Course is open field going up high into brush, no room for error. Everything under 45 is reduced down to 13mm for close ones and standers and kneelers to 55 yards reduced bellow 45 yards to 20mm kills.

Tomorrow I will have my revenge

R Farnworth reporting from Petoria SA

Sounds like its a tricky course then, hope our top boys can pull it out of the bag, watch Ozzy, he has a sneaky way of clearing any course when he has too!!

Well done chaps, great to see John up there with the pack.

Look forward to hearing more news,

    Chris

Certainly does sound tough and a little homeg
side advantage in there as well but that's fair enough.

Guessing we'll see our lads and lasses step up the pace now they have had a day on the course. Look forward to hearing more too.

Looking at the scores I'm guessing it's been a bitch of a course! I wouldn't fancy lugging all that gear round something that involves that much walking!
