Good to shoot somewhere different (for me anyway). Enjoy the Frayed Knot format. I've maybe got the furthest to travel (south of Evesham) but looking forward to it. No complaints here. Hope its a good day

I to hope it continues for many years Martin , it’s always good to meet up with you guys at the end of a long Winter season.
I understand how these things come about , I’m still getting my head around the inters not being held at Newbury .
I hope the Midlands give you lot a right royal pumping and maybe I’ll muster up some enthusiasm for next years winter season to try and make the team , it’s a proud achievement indeed.
    Good luck to all
    Simon

Over twenty years ago Carl Davis and myself were part of the people from the MFTA to agree with the NEFTA the venue.

It was verbally agreed by both parties that all thirty shooters from both camps scores would count ,also it was agreed that this yearly comptition would do its best to keep it within 120miles radius to encourage shooters to attend from both camps .

Let us hope that the venue will continue with everyone in agreement .

That would be ideal Shaun, it was intended to be 120 miles from the regional club that puts the shoot on .

Hope the venue is not going to put people off from shooting this great comp, the York ground can be a real challenge if the wind pixie's are feeling playful. NEFTA region stretches from the Scotish border to the Derbyshire border so aprox 170 miles in length so a few of our Newcastle area lads will also have a bit of a journey too :)

Well to be honest I will probably have the hardest day of it.
I will not qualify to shoot 100% certain of that.
It's my own club so I will be there to help out etc,
As i am there i will have my camera to capture the spirit of the event.
But the main point for me is that the 25th is my granddaughters 1st birthday and i am giving that up to help out.
