As my dad has to send the results of the Frayed Knot off for grading, i have the scores so i thought i would share them with everyone. I'll just post the counting scores here (Top 20 out of 30 from each region) as well as the overall placings and of course, the all important final result.

    Here are the scores:

    NEFTA
    ANDY CALPIN 59
    JOHN COSTELLO 57
    RICK MINTOFT 56
    IAN TAYLOR 55
    JOHN LEE 55
    STEVE HEBBLETHWAITE 55
    MARK STENTON 54
    DAVE SEMMENS 53
    DAVE TOMLINSON 53
    ADAM LEES 53
    FRED STANBRIDGE 53
    WAYNE WOOD 52
    TREVOR RYAN 52

    MIKE DALTON 51
    TONY WAISTNIDGE 51
    MARK FISHER 50
    FRANK SAYNOR 50
    RUSS SPENCER 50
    DAVE ROBINSON 50
    TOTAL 1060

    MFTA
    MARC FISHER 59
    JAMES OSBORNE 57
    MARK ASHBURY 57
    BOBBY BANKS 56
    STUART HANCOX 55
    PHIL JAMES 55
    NEIL DANIELS 54
    ANDRAS FEKETE 54

    JASON JONES 50
    KEVIN SAYERS 49
    JAMES GRIFFITHS 49
    SHAUN SHORE 49
    TOTAL 1063

As you can (hopefully) see, MFTA won the event by 3 targets.

    Overall Top Ten (After Shootoffs)

    1. ANDY CALPIN
    2. MARC FISHER
    3. JAMES OSBORNE
    4. MARK ASHBURY
    5. JOHN COSTELLO
    6. RICK MINTOFT
    7. BOBBY BANKS
    8. IAN TAYLOR
    9. JOHN LEE
    10. STUART HANCOX

Was a great shoot. Just for some extra trivia, when comparing the two regions scores in terms of other groups, i.e instead of the top 20, MFTA win by 5 in the Top 10 from each, MFTA win by 7 in the Top 15 from each, and if all 30 scores were counted, NEFTA would win by 7.

Closest Frayed Knot for years, should make next Sunday interesting :D
