It is with great sadness that we report the death of Frank Spittle Frank passed away on Friday 16th April at the age of 84, just a few weeks short of his 85th Birthday.
Frank did a huge amount of work promoting the sport of Bell Target, and will be sadly missed.

Frank worked tirelessly throughout his life for his sport of competitive shooting.
He wouldn't tolerate injustice or unfairness... not only for his own shooting sport, but also the various sports represented by his fellow colleagues on the Sports Advisory Council, of which he was a founding member.

Frank's enthusiasm, drive and tenacity was legendary among his friends and colleagues, and also with those who may be on the opposite side of the argument. This steadfastness and resolve earned him the highest respect.

Such a shame to hear that. :( His reputation for being the man that did so much for shooting spread far and wide.

Sad news in deed. Work will continue to make his museum come to life on line.
