    Hi folks,

First post on here so hello:):):) Right, that the niceties out of the way, now to ask a "dumb" question or two. I am really keen on attending the WHFTA this year and am in the process of persuading the missus that this is going to be our dream holiday:rolleyes:

What's the rough plan for shooting times etc...I don't expect definites as I realise things are going to change but even a rundown of how things went last year would be great as it will help me sell the deal:):)

    Thanks in advance.

    Tony

If anythin is to go by last year you will shoot 1 day in the AM session and one day on PM. So you'll have an afternoon after about 12.30ish and one morning to look round the game fair and stuff.

I'm sure pete or pete will correct me if I'm wrong!!
The other best way is to get her to have a go at hft to start with then enter her in the worlds herself... You never know she might love it!!

    Hello Tony,

last year it went a bit like this.

There are two course A & B on day 1 you will be allocated morning or afternoon and will shoot either A or B

So lets say on day 1 you shoot morning session course A

So on day 2 you will shoot afternoon session and course B

Morning kicks off about 9.30am (if memory serves) and the afternoon was about 12.30

    Hope this helps

    Gary

That's brilliant, thanks to both of you for coming back so quickly, just the info I need:D:D Not sure about introducing my dearly beloved to the ancient art, she'll only go and beat me, she always does........the list of games I no longer partake in grows longer every year:confused::confused::confused:

Haven't made up my mind what to shoot yet, we are planning taking the whole week off and renting a cottage nearby so I can get to the show easily and chill in between, that way I might avoid large amounts of beer in the evening:D:D:D:D

Will the course be closed to the public or will there be a veiwing line or area where members of the public can see what you do.
