after gp 1 there was much talk of the inclined nature that millride provides. much descusion has taken place many a messege thrown lightly sometimes misplaced. fat flabby, unfit have all been banded, usualy by the young. i did feel aching and tired after millride myself, but i dont fear a flat earth, not so long ago i was into mountaneering, but time family and children lured me away. i climbed in the alps to over 4000m but i didnt carry an ft rig with me, flat please as i am now 45 years old tired and aching. so when the chorus of get your fat flabby body into shape arrives it shall be taken with a pinch of salt, been there bought the tee shirt worn it out and got another.
