My coat of many colours was trailling in the mud at Anston far too many times and so I would like to know where I can get one those large round seats/cushions that are used by some FTers.

    Atb,

    Alec.

Yes, thats a rule that goes unchecked!
I don't want height, in fact my present bag is probably only 1" when flattened between two boards. But its just not wide enough.

    Atb,
    Alec.

    Not Kilty AGAIN!
Are all my F.T equipment requirements to be supplied by Kilty?
Can he also tell me where to aim when the wind is switching?

    Thank's I will give him a shoot.

    Atb,
    Alec.

Ive been using a Kilty bag for the last few GP's and i find it very comfortable, it did initially upset my kneeler's but ive found if i just put my knee on the edge and not right across the middle im back to my normal stability. My old one was quite high (but legal) and ive found the new one being lower is more stable when sitting. Highly recommended especially for my large botty :D

I don't really understand why some bags are filled full to the brim and really high!? It wouldn't help me in any way being up there. I find the lower I can sit comfortably, the more stable my position. And it's nice to get down behind the gun.
The 4inch rule does make sense though, because if you had a household beanbag, it would support you far more than is fair.
