Black Bull at Midgley, thats the closest I can think of. Only 2mins from the club too.

here's the link to the golf club hotel and it's only a few mins from the club.

    A little furthur away is
    Blacksmiths Arms
64 Wakefield Road, Grange Moor, Wakefield WF4 4DS
    01924 848 531

Good food and they do buy one main course and get the cheaper second meal for free. Plastic pub but the grub is very good value, nice ambiance and good service.

I would recommend booking a table as the place is busy on a Saturday night. Maybe get a load of names together and block book?

I've stopped at Midgely Lodge before and it's very pleasant, from my very fuzzy memory the double room I stopped in had 2 double beds.
