How much work is there to do the above the stock will be later hydro-graphiced
Standard Pro-Target stock or a custom?
Just thinking on a standard stock the Pro-T action has a trigger guard which is part of the action whereas a Dommie doesn't so you might need to consider that.
If a custom stock where the trigger guard has been incorporated in the wood ignore the above.
A standard pro taget stock Dale
It might be worth speaking to Jon Harris, he made an ali plate for Neale Marklew's stock which was originally made for a Pro Target fella.
As you can see it isnt a bad fit to be fair... Just a thought as I dont know anyone else who has done it that way.............
think my ex cliffy stock was made for a PT... difficult to tell what's gone on inside... drill a hole and line it up...
Easy Gary, just machine up a block of correct height and taper to mate with the existing stock fixing thats in using same screw. New M5 hole and screw to mate up where the action sits, job done.
Might need the base machining for block to sit on, know what most are like with a router and no working edges to follow.
Neales was intended for an RN10 probably the worst inletting ever come across Z shaped.
