Is there anyone out there who produces a deep soft gun bag suitable for FT outfits.

Been talking to someone who is thinking of producing a bag about 48" x 15" lined with eggbox foam, double heavy duty zip with a pocket for your glove and a few bits and pieces, along the style of the old gun gear ones if you remember them.

Would you pay £65/ £70 for a nice bag to protect your pride and joy.

I believe Nick Murphy & Chris Large have produced just the bag you are looking for although I understand the quality that they have costs a little more than you budget. That said, they are worth a look.
Its always worth paying for quality!!

They will be just like them only a bit deeper to account for the deep hamsters and high rails used these days. I still have 2 of there seats made out of gortex. Showing my age.:D

    Hi

Try this in your search window "Buffalo River Dominator FT Gun Slip / Bag 50".

Mine was about £45 4 or 5 months ago from TAL on the auction site but seems okay so far and seems to be the same sizes you are asking about as well as being quiet thickly padded.

I use an ftx bag at the moment and whilst its fine for carrying the gun around the course I feel it could do with a bit more protection whilst traveling to and from a shoot.
