    A lot of posters seem to like the TX's but having shot the Ken Turners prototype with a BSA barrel which was "almost "as good as my 25mm piston HW77.Certainly It was almost as fast(compared to todays TX ) which feels almost like a lump in the throat moving. Production model seems different to the original, which was very accurate without any fettling and shot raw. No! give me an old small piston HW77 no brainer really.

    I currently have a TX200HC which is a damn good rifle, but also I have 2x 97kt
    One is tuned to no great level by myself, the other is standard but I'm about to go for a full ti stage 3 Paul short tune. For me (and I'm no expert) the 97 has it. That said you won't think the TX is rubbish by any means.
