daystate 7.9 grain pellets

    has anybody tryed the new daystate pellet are thay the old mozzy or express pellet

    They are more like crossman premier. Shiny hard and very dirty. Tried them in my HW 98 and my Pro-target at 30 yards, groups were poor compared to jsb exacts and express so have not tried further. They were also 20fps down on mozzies over the chrono so not very efficient. ;)

    Bloke down the club put them through his Platinum and they were 20fps slower over the chrono than 8.4 JSBs.

    Looked just like the prems I was shooting through my boinger.

    Daystate Rangemaster Li Pellets.

    Tried them through my Daystate Mk4 .177 and they were 20fps slower than Mosquito Express.
    Tried them through my HW 100 .177 same speed as Mosquito Express = 809 Fps, and very tight groups at 35yards.
    So it always pays to experiment.
