    Good pics

    Has to be said,

Looks like you all had a good day at Bucs. Never been there myself but had a phonecall off Simon who was saying how good it was.

So are there any scores going up or is it being kept quiet from everyone to see???

Rob did H beat you this round ???

Liking the look of the white Dommie as well....

    Scores up here mate... http://csfta.co.uk/results.htm

Yep, H did me over, did the whole club over, everyone in B apart from Lyndeen, only 6 shooters bettered her score...not bad for B grade! ... i was down 1 to here after 2 lanes, held that for a bit, went down 2 after the standers, and just lost more around the way, she was only 2 down 2/3 of the way around, with just two tricky long ones catching her (and me) out. She could have had another if she hadn't had listened to my advice on one of them...

The white walther seems to have ticked a lot of boxes... it's been interesting solving a few problems along the way, given me a lot of insight into my theories about stock setup... :)

Loving the Pics - Si and Rob you both got some great shots of the day...... :D

It was an all round superb day.... not only because I got my best score EVER!! oh and beat Rob too! All the hard work setting the gun up paid off and I couldn't of done it without Rob's help..... He may however start holding back the advice and tips if I continue to whoop his ass!!!! :p

Oh and the white Walther has definatly ticked boxes.. :D:D:D

Loved the course and was so proud to be a Buccaneer as all I heard was everyone saying what a great course it was..... Top marks to the lads who built the course.....

Roll on Bisley.... but not before I have a lay in on Saturday.... the last 3 weekends have been manic with Christchurch set up, Buccs set up and setting up the gun..... :):)

Thank you to all who came and made it a wonderful day.... watch this space for more comps to be held at the Southampton Buccaneers.... cakes always provided!! :D:D

    Firstly, Cakes were excellent Helen.

Secondly all I can say it was a great course laid out by the guys. If ever you needed down hill shot practise this was were to go ;) . In theory it looked clearable but the wind was having enough energy to fool you.

Weather superb bright but with a crisp nip in the air warming up nicely.

All the guys that came over for the shoot from Carisbrooke enjoyed themselves, the issues with the EV2 have been fixed (removed barrel clamp screw) and I am getting to grips with the rifle and scope. Don't you just love changing equipment over the Winter period  . Need to try and check the 55yd mark on turret as missed the long targets low but not sure if due to air temp or turret.

Off to Bisley next week and then we have a short break for 2 weeks, lie in's for you maybe then Helen :D, before the final round on the Isle of Wight and we will be making it as interesting as possible with a few suprises as well.

See you at Bisley this Sunday.

Why thanks Andrew such a gent.

It was such a Great course, Great company and the Cakes are scrummy. The sun was out which we hadnt seen for a while. I shot like i'd never shot before so the smile on my face will take a while to go. (possibly be wiped off at bisley round).

Looking forward to catching up with you all. Hope your winter league shooting is going great.

Good point, any one that gets too close to holly and sees how ugly "it" is does usually end up with a brown mess in that area.

But no, thats honest Welsh winter Mud

Been thinking and so far only way i can see to clean a dead cow is the jet wash!
