PS looking forward to seeing if woody has got the hang of the Steyr yet ?
PSS rumour has it that dodgy john might make an apperance .
We've got something special planned for our last csfta ft round , it was nice of the comp secretary to drop in and tell us how to set the course
Dave you always lay on something special to catch us out.
At least you could gauge your course around his performance.
The Comp sec got beat by a 78 year old man last sunday ??? HOLLY
Maybe he hadn't given tips on that course.......
To be fair alan it was Lea Valley and in those bowls . just about anything can happen . we will see sunday what the old chap can do ??? HOLLY
A long course today with wind out to play all day and rain for the first 30 minutes or so.
Face plates on some very splattered and the top lanes gave me lense flare with the sun shining down the scope.
I think scores over 30 very hard to get.
Well done to the Wendover lads for a challenging course. Did not think I would get into double figures after hitting 7/20 but finished on 20 in the end.
Results are up here took a lot longer with team additions to sort out and new competitors to add in to the worksheets. Then a lot of checking so if something doesn't look right contact me.
Some "A" grades can expect to be graded when Simon has time to update and they may find themselves in a more comfortable grade by the time we get to trophies.
Well done on getting the scores up so quick, Neil. And thanks for keeping up the tradition
Not a day for the faint hearted, a tough course in tough conditions, really enjoyed it, a course to sort the men from the boys
I have to go now as I have school in the morning
Thanks to the Wendover crew for setting a Fantastic course, realy enjoyed the day.
