North Oxon for Rd 7
Is this a 10.30 start time like before?
Yes, will be.
You southern puffs like your lie-ins don't you!
Their clocks are powered by mercury, when it gets to 10 degrees it goes off
What do you mean, lie-ins!!
I will be leaving the house at 07.00 that means up at 05.30 playing actions figures with Joshua first!
Good fun though! He is Hulk or Spiderman and I am.....errm Daddy!
Listen to her
We don't do sub 10 degrees here often... that's for all the northerners past Newbury.
It's gonna take a while today, it's almost -1 degrees here...
The delay is to allow some of the region to arrive by their boat.
It was -6 driving into work this morning , you lot down there don't know what cold is
I hope your hammer sticks to your hand all day,I know normally it your : oooooo misses
-6 is that all.
A few years ago I was outside in trouser and shirt in -20degC. Admittedly it was walking 10 yards from a roasting hotel foyer to a Surburban that has been running for the last 10 minutes.
Never got above -15 during the day. Got called a mad English man by the locals.
And it's me and the others from the club causing the delay. Winter ferries start even later than in Summer.
No... great aint it.
I'm so glad that was not Holly telling a shorts story
Well the last CSFTA shoot is upon us,and the weathers looking good ,well no rain as such they going to be a good bit of wind about tomorrow, plus what comes from Steven Lucas .
Looking forward to it,see you all tomorrow.
Hope there's not to much wind from Mr Lucas as he's travelling up with us.!!
Always plenty of jokes though shortens the journey.
Well it's all over, and I for one have enjoyed the season,it's been very close as the winter league has progressed.
Thanks to all the grounds that have held shoots this season, now looking forward to the end of season shoot at Newbury.
Thanks to all Chris
Cheers to North Oxon for a most enjoyable end to the series... scores are with Neil now and he says he's right on it getting them sorted for the site. Buccs nearly got diddled by their own team 3, but I think we've survived for a shoot off at the EOS shoot... i think...
Thanks to North Oxon and all the other clubs who put in the time and effort to build stupid courses for stupid people to fire stupid guns at! It was really appreciated and turned out to be a very close run season for us slightly lesser mortals, I await the final positions with baited breath. Well done Mr Coombes, I think you got me by 0.0015% over the 7 rounds this year so I can feel a grudge match coming on, but lets save it for the IR's
Thanks to Alan for the company (again) and to every one else that's had to put up with me this year.
Scores are UP
Congratulations to Justin Wood (Overall and Gary Wells)
AA Justin (of course)
A Glenn Newman
B Mike Spraggett
C Joshua Newman
Teams - well - how close can you get. All changed on the final round
Congratulations to Bisley 1 (Buccs lost a point as Carisbrooke had the 2nd highest team score)
Sorry I couldn't make it but I am rather out of it at present.
Well done Woody on series win...
