    Hi all

I have always hankered after a ( yes Hankered ) CRX and wondered what a current valuation would be for one ?

Must be right handed in any guise and Yes I know they are getting thin on the ground . lol

    What say you shipmates ?

    at least £3k:eek:

well if a frikkin steyr or dommi is over a grand, a proper gun has to be worth at least 3x:)

I think it's all down to luck! I picked a mint one owner ex team gun up back in May for £650. The seller had long since lost interest in the sport and was happy to get that return on a nine year old gun and scope.
I have since bought a Steyr so the CRX can have winters off:eek:
The CRX is the equal of the Steyr any day, built like a tank and probably good for another ten years +.
So new Steyr £1600, CRX I wouldn't part with mine for less than that.

Saying the above, I ran a thread like this on the other site and from that I was pointed in the direction of my gun. Same could happen to you if you are lucky...

Keep looking it's well worth the search.

    Dave,

I think £650 - £800 is a good guide range, depends heavily on the stock fitted, history of rifle etc etc.

But then again I haven't been looking at the second hand market much so may be way off.

    regards,

    Matt

Thanks for the advice and pm's , I may also have the chance of just the action on one ( possibly ) which would be nice as I could have a stock made ;) - now that would be a special gun !
