Does anyone knows what parts need to be replaced to convert an 10m AR20 (7.5J) into an 16J model?

    Regulator and spring.

You may have a problem obtaining the Reg and spring they are like gold to get hold of.

Got a steyr lg110 for ft ,this was a backup rifle and in 2 years never used it so the seals went .im now hoping that I dont suffer any problems in my whalter lg300 as someone said that they run a similar regulator and its been not being used for a year .

Wrong there. The Walther LG300 Dominator does not share any parts with the AR20 besides the air cilinder.
The reg is completely different, and the new type LG300 reg with the ring grooves is very reliable.

armex have or had new regs in stock as of four weeks ago,had one delivered to my local rfd,not cheep but had to replace because the thred striped on the cylinder spigot [ early ones were brass new ones steel so I presume they saw the problem and corrected it]. just got to save for a new cylinder now, biggest problem rfd had ordering it was getting to speak to some one who knew what they where talking about and would actually do something:eek:o
