I've been toying with a few ideas for a project and I'd like some parts replicated in alloy that I currently have as wooden templates and wondered what methods could be used to replicate them? They are shapes that are relatively basic but are multi-dimensional, curved, etc. What are the limitations of CNC? Would 5 axis be better?
    Any help and advice appreciated:)

No ideas then? :D:D Been looking on the internet and it looks like like a basic cnc machine could possibly do it:) But any info on the subject would still be handy:)
