Chrony.jpg Did some chrony testing today. Fired 80 shots over my ProChrono with infrared lighting kit.

    Hi 796 Lo 779 Ave 788 ES 17 SD 3

I'm very happy with the results. Pellets straight from the tin. And muzzel 24' from the first sensor. I normally place the barrel 6" from the sensor but I have a big LDC on there so I can do this indoors.

When I do this outdoors without the LDC I may have to drop the velocity down 5/10 FPS

Last year before AZ worked on it I was getting ES of 17 over 10 shots so a big improvement!!

Strange, I just hook mine up to my Combro and phone and do shot strings while I'm doing targets on the range :D

    Yes he can

The blueshot app and adaptor he is using allows the phone to then email the results home ( I use mine at club ) so an excellent spreadsheet can be kept.
Very useful links bit of kit.

    Hi Tony

How did you do that? I'd like to give it a try as it would certainly make the Skan more useful.

To try to cut a long story short the guy who created the app Nicholas use to go to our club with his brother and got talking to him and he said that he could convert the skan which he has done before for another club member if I can remember he only charged £50 you can probably contact him through eBay I will try to put up one of the other shot strings you can do

Yep, here is a 309 shot string I done when I was testing pellet batches with a Daystate Grew Shadow, a little off topic but I done this to show how different batches of the same pellet could be totally different in use. It's also scary to see some batches doing 745fps and others doing 780fps, so it also shows a big reason we see people and manufacturers giving varying chrono results considering these were all JSB 4,52s, you would expect minimal differences, but no
