The early morning sacrifice of a bacon roll and cup of tea to the rain gods paid off as Shepreth saw one of the warmest stillest days for a shoot so far this year. The unnervingly calm conditions were curiously tricky though with many *gimme* shots proving ever elusive.
A good turn out and some fantastic food as ever from Sue, with the fresh cinnamon danish s and chicken tikka baked spuds being demolished within seconds.

Hopefully see you all in 2 weeks time for the next round of the 4 Counties Cup at Kibworth on Saturday 23rd and then our club shoot on Sunday 24th.

Lovely days shooting thank you Cambridge.
Cheers to Dave Allam and Rog Lait for their company and banter.
Shot with Rog sat and sunday, and i'd like to thank him for smoking all my cigarettes. He did produce his ones briefly, to count them I believe, then put them away just as swiftly! :D

VANTY, I hope you had the good grace to give your third place medal back :D:)

Thanks Cambridge for a great course...sadly yet another course that rinsed me and spat me out!!! Great shooting by the tops people ...rubbish by by me :) Thanks to Dave A and Geoff R for your reasonable company around the course, luckily the course made up for your inane banter:D:D:D

    Great stuff as ever
