Brrr it was cold, snowy and windy at the club this morning Anyone else go shooting?
This was Lincs HFT Club this afternoon!

We had a grand total of two members turn up and four committee members.
It was a good afternoon though.
Spent a few hours on our setup range going through a few balance tests with my Hw77, +1 deg C, no wind and a deathly hush in the woods!
Nice pic Cones, that looks like a well equipped range!
It was good to get to shoot in wind today cos we haven't had any for weeks. We had almost forgotten what it's like to have to aim off the plate
you mean you have to aim off if theres a wind?, damn thers more to this lark than I thought!
Come to Quarry mate you need to aim off even when you think there is no wind
LOL Oddly enough the wind is strongest when a certain member of our club is on the firing line
This was Glevum yesterday in Gloucester. We had a little in- house HFT comp to get some of the paper punchers outside. Lovely day.
LOL Bob I suspect some of the Glevum lads will walk off the Treetops extreme wondering what the hell just happened, even the top shooters expect donuts on an extreme and when Sparky does an extreme its a given that there will be donuts
I don't doubt it !!! Me and Mick (oldybutgoody) have done a few at Quarry, the others lads......well lets just see!
Hopefully it won't put them off next years UKAHFT!
