Just like to say thank you to everyone who has helped me to get set up with my FT rig

Little Kev for selling me the rifle
    KTM for the charging gear
Sorry but cannot for the life in me remember the name of the gent who sold me the BSA scope but you know who you are
A real pleasure to deal with all these genuine people who have sold me good quality gear at very fair prices

Also thanks to all the lads at Emley for the advice and help

Finally got the rifle dialled in and tried the course at Emley today and managed 23 out of 30 which I am very pleased with

Going to enter the competition at Redfearns tomorrow and see how I go on

    THANKS EVERYONE

    Thanks everyone

Well had a brilliant time on my first shoot today and really looking forward to more comps

Arrived nice and early for the first session (pitch black) and managed to get my van stuck in deep mud :D

Signed in and waited for it to get light enough to see on the zeroing range ,rifle still bang on from yesterday so no problem there
Quite a bit of banter about the size of my home made dinner plate (side wheel) which made me chuckle

My worse nightmare had come true and had drawn lane 12 Standers to start with and duly missed both :D

I made lots of silly beginner mistakes not allowing for wind, rushing the shot and most of it was down to nerves

I managed to score 16 out of 30 by the finish

I'm now well and truly hooked and loved every minute of it and learnt quite a lot along the way
    :D:D:D:D
