BFTA presentation this Sunday 22nd August 2010

As we are all aware this Sunday is the final Grand Prix shoot of the 2010 season which has been another great year for the sport. I have been honoured with the role of Trade Liaison Officer for the BFTA and have tried my best to obtain items from the manufacturers and companies that supply us all with our kit.
I am more than grateful to thank our sponsors for this years sponsorship. we have been fortunate enough to obtain impressive items for the presentation that will be conducted after the shooting competition is completed for everyone to have the possibility of taking a nice prize home.

The list below shows the sponsors that have been obtained from them for this presentation

    NAPIER
    DIANA
    AIR ARMS
    FALCON
    RWS
    GARY CANE STOCKS
    SPORTSMATCH
    CASEMARKET LTD
    HIGHLAND OUTDOORS
    DEBEN
    WOODFIELD GUN CARE PRODUCTS
    PETER BATES BISLEY SHOP

I am still waiting on items to be delivered from 2 more sponsors for the event.

I would like to thank our sponsors for the support they have shown to us within the sport.

    Their support is greatly appreciated.

    Main prizes

For the presentation, there are a total of 11 main prizes, ranging from rifles to scopes to vouchers.

For these prizes the winners must be at the shoot to collect.

There will be a phot opportunity after the draw where I wish for everyone who has won a prize or trophy on the day to take part in.

The winners of the main prizes will also be photographed for articles and for the sponsors etc.

I am hoping there will be over 60 raffle prizes to be handed out. So there is the opportunity for alot of people to drive home with something.

To be involved in the draw, you must have shot in at least 3 of the GP shoots throughout the season to qualify to be in the draw. Last year you had to have attended 6 shoots, this is I feel more fair for more people to win a nice prize.

If your name is pulled out for a main prize and you are not there, then your name will be allocated to another prize that will be at the presentation.....

I would just like to add my thanks to Mike Noon and Mark Bassett, I believe they share the role of Trade Liaison. The BFTA for giving mark a few thousand to purchase prizes with and also the manufacturers for their generosity in donating prizes.

    regards,

    Matt

Well done to all who helped out with the sponsorship this year, well done. It's a nice gesture from companies that they wish to support the sport in what must be quite challenging times.
